RETURN PLOICY

NOTE: The customer has to submit unboxing order recording video in case of wrong item delivered, so that seller can support the customer for return procedure. No refund will made in case of any absence of policy mentioned above.

 

 

You could return the delivered product within 7 days of delivery if you don't like color, size, design, etc (WITH RECIVED CORRECT PRODUCT ONLY). 

For returning the product, we request you to call our Customer Support number 8882838962, between 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM on working days and we would initiate reverse pick up of the product. 

Our Support Executive would further update you over the call about our return or replacement policy.

Full refunds will be given under the following condition:

Defective Goods

Misprinted Goods

Damaged goods while shipping

If you consider your product falls under any given above reasons, feel free to contact selectsportsonline@gmail.com within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the product. It will take 15 (fifteen) business days in order to process any qualifying exchange or return

For Cash on Delivery Order Returns, you have to provide bank details with Bank A/c No, Bank A/c Name, Bank Name, Branch Name and IFSC code to reimburse the payment. It would take upto 10 - 15 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For Online Payment Order Returns, the payment would be reimbursed directly to your account from which the payment is made. It would take upto 7 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Please Note:  Your money will be refunded after the returned product is inspected and found to be the same product as was dispatched.
